The plastic wrap which is sealing the sleeve is beginning to tear at the top edge about halfway from the top right corner going towards the spine
The sleeve also has a faint fold at the top edge due to the way it was stored and sealed over the years
But everything else inside the sleeve is presumed to be in mint condition
And no other imperfections were seen while inspecting the outer sleeve
