Vinyl has a few faint hairlines on Side 1
But there are no deep scratches on either side
The sleeve has a small piece of ripped masking tape in the top right corner (see picture)
But the sleeve itself is not ripped
There are a few faint stains visible on the front and back as well, near the top edge mainly
And some visible wear at the top edge as well
Comes with the original insert
