TEST PLAYED!!!
VG/VG+
1st Canadian pressing
Label code: CLP 1067
This is a mono pressing of Stompin Tom Connor’s first album
This is also the 1st pressing with the 1st recording of the album, which was lost Later pressings used a different recording
A1 has a skip every 3 seconds due to a heated/melted area which goes over a small part of A1
But the rest of the album sounds great no other skips
I suspect this incurred from the previous owner setting the record too close to a lamp, as the vinyl itself is not warped, just that the grooves in one section of A1 were melted in a straight line approx 1.5 inch long
Vinyl is borderline near mint
It does have a few faint hairlines
But there are no deep scratches
The sleeve has some very faint discolouration/wear by the edges on the front and back
But there are no rips or tears
