Vinyl has no scratches on either side
The sleeve has some very small indents at the bottom of the mouth
And the back of the sleeve has a very small manufacturer defect
There seems to be a small raised crater near the middle of the sleeve approximately 1/16 inch in diameter
There is also some sticker residue on the front near the top right corner
And the edges have a couple faint creases
But there are no rips or tears
Comes with the original insert
