Vinyl is borderline near mint I’m grading this conservatively
Vinyl has 2 faint scuffs
But there are no deep scratches
The sleeve has a tear forming at the bottom edge in the middle approx 1/2 inch
Sleeve also has some faintly visible ring wear on the front
As well as some yellowing visible on both sides
But there are no actual rips or tears
Comes with the original insert as well
